My Dinner:
1 cup cooked whole wheat thin spaghetti noodles. Tossed with steamed broccoli,fresh basil, a tbs Olive Oil, and mozzarella/parmesean lactose-free veggie shreds.
Grilled chicken
Cantaloupe and grapes for dessert.
A little over 500 calories. (Olive oil added a decent amount of healthy calories)
